- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans that identify, engage, and scale high-value partners
- Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing growth of partnerships
- Build, monitor, and strengthen relationships with key partners to drive long-term success
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams and internal stakeholders on launches, events, and deliverables
- Maintain a centralized partnership database to track engagement metrics, content performance, and preferences
- Monitor performance metrics, track partner satisfaction, and proactively address risks to retention
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategies
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience executing partner events and managing cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, and Google Suite
- Ability to manage difficult partners or clients and guide them to success
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-focused approach with commitment to excellent partner experiences
- Knowledge of the health and wellness sector and awareness of HIPAA compliance is a plus
- Competitive base salary ($140,000$160,000 DOE)
