- Serve as the legal liaison to organizational units and senior executives on issues.
- Provide legal advice to members of the Executive Team and staff.
- Manage outside counsel and track relevant legal developments.
- Identify opportunities to mitigate legal risk.
- Lead organizational efforts to engage various staff in priority initiatives.
- Interact with funding, government, and regulatory agencies.
- Contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Support legal and risk assessment work.
- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or similar.
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
- Validated legal expertise in areas such as corporate governance and risk management.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Competitive salary range of USD 155,000 - 200,000 annually.
