About the roleWe are hiring an entry-level, technically inclined associate who is interested in building a career in B2B SaaS sales and revenue operations. This role is designed for someone with 0-2 years of experience with a technical background who wants real exposure to how sales, marketing, client success, and product teams work together in a SaaS environment.You will work directly under the Sales & Revenue Operations Manager and alongside a senior team member, acting as a junior execution partner across sales operations, marketing support, client coordination, and technical workflows. This is a fully in-office role with significant mentorship and hands-on responsibility.What you’ll doThis role is intentionally broad and will flex week to week based on priorities. Responsibilities include:Sales & revenue supportSupport sales operations through Salesforce cleanup, deal updates, and pipeline hygieneAssist with sales-related administrative tasks, client follow-ups, and internal coordinationHelp prepare materials, data, or context needed for sales conversationsGain exposure to the full B2B SaaS sales cycle without carrying a quotaMarketing & growth supportAssist with website updates and basic content or asset managementSupport marketing operations tasks such as tracking requests, organizing assets, or coordinating timelinesHelp execute campaigns or initiatives as needed, particularly where technical coordination is requiredTechnical & systems workWork daily in Salesforce, ClickUp, and Google WorkspaceSupport and test automations and workflows, including n8n flowsHelp translate client or internal technical needs into clear requests for the development teamAssist with troubleshooting, QA, and validation of fixes or enhancementsClient & internal coordinationSupport client success efforts by tracking requests, following up on open items, and ensuring issues move toward resolutionAct as a connective layer between sales, operations, development, and client-facing teamsCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAd hoc and overflow supportPriorities and workload will be set and guided by the Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to ensure clear direction and learning progression.Who this role is forThis is an entry-level role for a professional who:Has a technical background (software engineering, computer science, information systems, or similar)Is interested in transitioning into B2B SaaS sales or revenue rolesWants hands-on exposure instead of a narrow, siloed jobIs comfortable with ambiguity and changing prioritiesLearns quickly and takes ownership once trainedRequirements0–2 years of relevant professional experience (sales, revenue operations, go-to-market, technical internships, or project-based work)Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering, technical, or systems-focused fieldStrong technical aptitude and comfort learning new toolsClear written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to work fully in office, five days per weekNice to have, but not requiredExposure to Salesforce, CRM systems, or SaaS environmentsExperience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)Internship, co-op, or project experience in tech or SaaSWhy this role is differentThis is not a traditional entry-level sales role or an SDR position.
