Job Summary: In this role, you'll design and develop high-performing websites that drive conversions and reflect our brand. You’ll deliver engaging digital experiences that impact lead generation and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive websites, landing pages, and UI components that reflect brand guidelines and optimize user experience
  • Implement tracking parameters to measure website performance and conversion metrics
  • Create optimized graphics, icons, and imagery for web use; ensure images meet accessibility requirements and performance standards
  • Conduct usability reviews, A/B tests, and implement improvements based on analytics and feedback
  • Implement SEO/GEO best practices, including semantic HTML, structured data markup, optimized page speed, and mobile-first design
  • Maintain cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Requirements:
  • 3+ years designing and developing user-friendly web platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills with the ability to implement responsive designs in CMS platforms
  • Understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup, structured data, and optimization for search engines and AI crawlers
  • Experience implementing analytics tracking (Google Analytics, GTM, or similar) and iterating to optimize performance
  • Hands-on experience building and customizing sites in WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS platforms
  • Demonstrated application of UX/UI best practices and WCAG accessibility standards
  • Portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and development work, including live site examples
  • Experience managing web projects simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Comfortable working independently to troubleshoot technical issues and propose design solutions
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain design systems and technical documentation; comfortable presenting work to stakeholders

Success in This Role

  • You’re comfortable working iteratively, presenting wireframes and mockups for feedback before moving into development
  • You welcome direct feedback and can separate creative critique from personal criticism
  • You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver superior outcomes
  • You can navigate a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and regular priority shifts
