Job Summary
In this role, you'll design and develop high-performing websites that drive conversions and reflect our brand. You'll own the full process, from visual design through front-end development, creating responsive sites optimized for SEO, modern search experiences (including AI-powered search), accessibility, and analytics tracking. Beyond crafting engaging digital experiences, you'll take ownership of website features from initial requirements through deployment, leveraging full-stack development capabilities to deliver solutions that enhance our digital platform and serve our 125,000+ business customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop responsive websites, landing pages, and UI components that reflect brand guidelines and optimize user experience
• Take full ownership of website features from initial requirement gathering to production deployment
• Analyze and detail technical specifications based on business requirements and user needs
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across web and API platforms
• Implement tracking parameters to measure website performance and conversion metrics
• Create optimized graphics, icons, and imagery for web use; ensure images meet accessibility requirements and performance standards
• Conduct usability reviews, A/B tests, and implement improvements based on analytics and feedback
• Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated approaches
• Implement SEO/GEO best practices, including semantic HTML, structured data markup, optimized page speed, and mobile-first design
• Leverage AI tools and methodologies to enhance development and testing processes
• Implement data collection, analysis, and reporting features to support business intelligence
• Maintain cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate with design, sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure feature success
• Provide regular progress reports and technical documentation to stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain existing features, identifying and resolving issues proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
• 3-5 years of software development experience with full-stack capabilities, including designing and developing user-friendly web platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
• Strong HTML/CSS skills with the ability to implement responsive designs
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and database technologies
• Hands-on experience building and customizing sites in WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS platforms
• Understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup, structured data, and optimization for search engines and AI crawlers
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and manual QA processes
• Experience implementing analytics tracking (Google Analytics, GTM, or similar) and iterating to optimize performance
• Demonstrated application of UX/UI best practices and WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience with data analysis and basic AI/ML concepts
• Portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and development work, including live site examples
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates
• Experience managing web projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently to troubleshoot technical issues and propose design solutions
• Interest in fintech and understanding of compliance requirements (preferred)

Pay:
• $33-$40 per hour
