- Work with global product security engineering and teams to define technologies and architecture that meet system security requirements.
- Act as a business technical specialist in secure cyber resilient engineering, providing direction throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage a small number of projects or team members, offering technical leadership in this domain.
- Collaborate with government, customers, and industry experts at various classification levels.
- Create digital models and utilize tools like model-based systems engineering to fulfill program expectations.
- Develop and update best practices for systems security and resilience, disseminating knowledge across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline with over 5 years or Master's degree with over 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in electrical, software, controls, or systems engineering.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance.
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant engineering domain is preferred.
- Strong systems thinking aptitude with knowledge of embedded systems and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to communicate complex ideas simply.
