About Us
Acacia Health is a multi-region leader in home health, palliative, and hospice care. We’re pioneering tech-enabled care delivery models, including hospital-at-home and AI-driven workflow optimization. We’re seeking a hands-on senior developer who can architect and build AI tools while overseeing IT operations—someone who thrives as a one-person innovation engine.

• IT Oversight: Manage MSP performance, infrastructure, and security protocols.

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Familiarity with healthcare systems (EMRs, HIPAA compliance, HL7/FHIR)

• Strong communication and autonomy—able to operate as a one-person tech team
Why Join Us

• Competitive compensation and benefits
