Patient Details: The patient is a 16-year-old male diagnosed with Kearns-Sayre Syndrome. He is alert and verbal. Due to mobility impairments, he requires total assistance with daily activities. He is dependent on a straight catheter for bladder management. The patient is able to eat orally.

Shifts Avail:
• Days: Sunday 9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm
• Evenings: Tuesday & Thursday 3:30pm – 8pm

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
