Maintenance Assistant at Tiger Dirt LLC – Clemson, South Carolina

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and work flexible hours as needed.
