This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of complex construction and capital projects by developing and maintaining detailed, integrated project schedules across all phases of execution. You will work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and actively managed. The position requires strong analytical capability, precision, and the ability to balance competing priorities in fast-paced project environments. You will contribute directly to project performance by identifying risks, evaluating schedule impacts, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Acting as a trusted scheduling expert, you will help align planning strategy with execution reality. The environment is collaborative, international, and centered on high-value infrastructure and construction initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing integrated project schedules across large-scale programs.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules covering scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path methodology
- Define clear responsibilities and ownership of deliverables through structured Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Coordinate and mediate scheduling interfaces and dependencies between multiple stakeholders and project partners
- Ensure schedules align with execution plans, including contracting, procurement, and project controls strategies
- Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and provide regular updates and reporting on schedule performance
- Support risk identification and schedule impact assessments to improve forecasting accuracy and delivery confidence
The ideal candidate brings strong technical scheduling expertise combined with excellent coordination and analytical skills in construction or project environments.
- Proven experience in project scheduling within construction, engineering, or large infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
- Knowledge or experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and ability to interpret and communicate findings clearly
- Strong understanding of project controls, planning methodologies, and execution frameworks
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of deliverables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams
- Degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related discipline
- Competitive salary range: $108,000 – $145,000, depending on experience, skills, and education
