- Strong working knowledge of general maintenance skills, including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in multifamily maintenance strongly preferred; candidates must demonstrate ability to balance speed and efficiency with quality standards
- Ability to travel between multiple properties as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed
- Specific skillset or previous experience for the role (include number of years)
In this role, you will
- Execute apartment turns across multiple properties, including maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and unit readiness preparation
- Complete assigned turn tasks within scheduled timelines, aligning with service scheduling plans and turn deadlines
- Maintain consistent quality standards by following defined turn scopes, inspection notes, and company expectations
- Identify and communicate additional repair needs or scope gaps during turns to improve scheduling accuracy and prevent delays
- Support move-out inspections and assist with unit assessments to ensure accurate turn planning and execution
