In this hands-on role, you'll perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial properties across Northeast Ohio, including the Sandusky, Akron, and Cleveland areas. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial pest control services as assigned

  • Operate service vehicles safely and maintain clean equipment

  • Maintain accurate treatment records and complete service reports

  • Identify pest issues and provide appropriate treatment plans

  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain services and educate on prevention

  • Comply with company safety and application procedures

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service quality

  • Uphold professional appearance and conduct while representing the company

  • Maintain inventory and request restocks as needed

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently and on the road

  • Experience in pest control, related trades, or service industry is preferred but not required

  • Ability to obtain Department of Agriculture certification (training provided)

  • Physically able to perform inspections, climb ladders, and carry equipment

  • Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

Schedule
  • Full-Time

  • Monday Friday
