What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily property operations, leasing, and rent collections
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, and Fair Housing requirements
• Support residents with professionalism and compassion
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and inspections
• Maintain accurate files, reports, and financial records

What You Bring:

• Affordable housing or property management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of compliance programs (LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8)
• Ability to lead onsite staff and manage multiple priorities
