This role sits at the core of a highly strategic platform powering scheduling capabilities across multiple products and workflows. You will own and evolve the foundation that enables how users book, plan, and coordinate critical actions across the ecosystem. The work directly impacts product scalability, integration depth, and overall customer experience across several teams. You will operate in a high-autonomy environment where product managers are expected to lead discovery, execution, and iteration with strong alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. This is a platform-heavy role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will shape long-term architectural decisions while ensuring incremental delivery of value. In this role, you will define and evolve the scheduling platform that powers multiple product experiences and integrations across the organization:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Scheduling Platform, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
• Lead discovery efforts to understand user workflows, identify platform gaps, and define scalable scheduling capabilities
• Partner with internal product teams to consolidate needs and design reusable platform solutions instead of one-off features
• Drive roadmap prioritization, sequencing, and delivery of platform investments balancing short-term value and long-term scalability
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture, technical tradeoffs, and phased implementation planning
• Manage dependencies across integrations, feature teams, and external systems to ensure consistent platform evolution
• Communicate platform strategy, risks, and business impact clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Use data, observability tools, and system insights to monitor platform health and inform product decisions

You bring strong product leadership experience in complex, technical environments and are comfortable shaping foundational platform capabilities:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure-adjacent, or integration-heavy products
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and reusable capabilities rather than isolated feature solutions
• Strong execution skills with experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on API design, system architecture, and technical tradeoffs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex product and technical spaces
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect platform decisions to business outcomes
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, support, and go-to-market teams
• Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, system design concepts, and platform dependencies
• Ability to work with data and observability tools (e.g., dashboards, monitoring systems) to assess platform behavior
