The role requires balancing visionary leadership with operational discipline, ensuring both creative excellence and financial rigor. You will play a key role in scaling client relationships, unlocking new growth opportunities, and elevating strategic thinking across teams. This is a highly visible position with enterprise-level impact across clients and the broader organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the strategic vision across a multimillion-dollar portfolio of healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
  • Serve as the primary executive advisor to VP and C-suite client stakeholders, shaping brand, portfolio, and business strategy
  • Oversee integrated program design, strategic narratives, and positioning across multiple accounts
  • Drive enterprise-level growth initiatives, including pitches, expansion opportunities, and long-term account planning
  • Manage financial performance, including forecasting, profitability, staffing models, and investment strategy for assigned portfolios
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, medical, and delivery teams
  • Lead operational excellence efforts to improve delivery systems, efficiency, and scalability across accounts
  • Provide senior guidance to account leadership teams, setting standards for performance, communication, and strategic quality
  • Influence organizational priorities, resource allocation, and cross-functional decision-making at an executive level
Requirements:
  • 12–15+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or healthcare communications
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, complex healthcare/pharma portfolios at a senior leadership level
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive business growth
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar accounts with full financial ownership and accountability
  • Exceptional ability to influence and build trust with senior executive stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment across teams
  • Experience operating in matrixed, global, or enterprise-level environments
  • Deep understanding of integrated communications across strategy, creative, and scientific disciplines
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide senior teams without direct heavy people-management responsibility
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation aligned with senior leadership responsibilities
  • Performance-based incentives tied to portfolio and business growth outcomes
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and retirement benefits
  • Access to global career development and executive learning programs
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact, globally recognized healthcare brands
  • Inclusive and people-first culture focused on collaboration, growth, and innovation
  • Strong emphasis on work-life balance and employee well-being initiatives.
