- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Workday implementation projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met
- Develop and manage key project deliverables, including project plans, governance frameworks, issue logs, and staffing strategies
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to secure approvals, resolve risks, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Anticipate scope changes and proactively manage project governance, including change orders and risk mitigation strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, defining delivery approaches, and participating in client discussions
- Ensure compliance with implementation methodologies and quality standards while driving client satisfaction and long-term success
- Current Workday Partner certification (HCM, Financials, or Project Management) is required
- 3+ years of experience managing Workday implementations for mid to large enterprise clients
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, or Financials
- Experience in consulting environments, either internally or with a professional services firm
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
- Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, payroll, finance, or procurement
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required by project needs
