Accountabilities:
  • Lead and own strategic client relationships, serving as the senior advisor and primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical accounts.
  • Direct integrated agency teams across digital, creative, strategy, and project management functions to deliver high-quality campaigns and programs.
  • Oversee annual brand planning, ensuring alignment with market dynamics, commercial goals, and evolving customer needs.
  • Manage account profitability, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across multiple client portfolios.
  • Mentor and develop account leadership teams through coaching, performance feedback, and career growth support.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling, compliant, and effective multi-channel solutions.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to new business pitches, proposals, and client expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with healthcare industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field required.
  • 12+ years of brand AOR account management experience, including 5+ years in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare agency environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, developing talent, and driving performance.
  • Strong understanding of pharma/healthcare advertising, regulatory considerations, and medical/legal review processes.
  • Proven success managing senior-level client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, multi-channel campaign execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience leading new business initiatives, pitch presentations, and securing account growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Ability to travel based on business needs, including client meetings and strategic workshops.
