Registered Nurse-DeKalb-EC at Parkview Health – Auburn, Indiana

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus.

The Emergency Department is located on the main floor at Parkview DeKalb. The unit has 13 beds and treats patients of all different ages with medical, surgical, and mental health needs. The level of acuity can vary greatly from a basic medical need to life threatening emergency.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification.
• Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
