Position Summary
As a Summer Intern at Renovo Financial, you will join a cohort of students and be assigned to a specific department and supervisor (e.g., People Team, Loan Fulfillment, Marketing, IT, or Servicing). - Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment
- Develop teamwork and presentation skills through a collaborative research project culminating in a formal presentation
- Enhance interpersonal skills and build practical business awareness through interactive sessions with Renovo leaders
Learning & Development
- Assist the supervisor with projects or initiatives that contribute to the efficiency, productivity, or engagement of the department
- Shadow the supervisor and other team members to learn more about the functional work of the department
- Conduct daily tasks and clerical duties that directly contribute to the team’s goals
- Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with other interns on group projects
- Bring Renovo’s values to life through your actions, choices, and commitment to a shared purpose
What We Look For
- Incoming college juniors and seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, possessing time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Interest in real estate / private lending industry
- MS Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
