Platinum Care Group is hiring Overnight Caregivers (Top Priority) and Day Shift Caregivers for a long-term client in Dunning Neighborhood. This is a 24-hour care case supporting a pleasant, cooperative 73-year-old female who needs consistent care. Must be comfortable working in an environment with cats.

Overnight shifts are the greatest need. The client is more unstable during late-night and early-morning bathroom routines, so we are looking for a caregiver who is calm, alert, and highly safety-focused overnight. The shifts are 7:30am-7:30pm and 7:30pm-7:30am. Must be willing to work one weekend day or night.

A detailed care plan is already in place with clear step-by-step instructions, making expectations straightforward and helping you feel confident on every shift.

• Provide hands-on overnight support with mobility, transfers, and toileting

• Maintain strong fall prevention awareness, including gait belt support and standby assistance

• Assist with bathroom routines overnight and ensure the client is never left alone during high-risk activities

• Offer companionship and supervision to help keep the client safe and comfortable

• Support personal care routines, including shower assistance when scheduled

• Provide medication reminders and support with routine health-related tasks

• Perform light housekeeping as needed (laundry, linens, trash, general tidiness)

• Other duties as well.

• Reliable, attentive, and able to stay alert throughout the night

• Experienced with fall prevention, mobility support, and safe transfers

• Confident providing hands-on personal care with professionalism and empathy

• Strong communication and follow-through

Requirements

Caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)
