We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic sleep disorders and are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative and professional environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Physician Associate (PA-C) with experience in sleep medicine or a strong interest in learning the field. The PA-C will work closely with a fellowship-trained supervising physician who practices full-time sleep medicine. This role involves treatment planning and management of patients with chronic sleep disorders, requiring excellent communication skills, compassion, and a patient-centered approach.Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits for sleep-related conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
• Educate patients on sleep disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
• Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

QualificationsRequired:

• Current Arizona PA License
• Prior experience in sleep medicine or willingness to undergo training

Preferred:

• 1+ year experience with EMR systems

Schedule

• 4-day work week
• 10-hour shifts
