Got a knack for building relationships and closing deals? Our team is hunting for an Outside Parts Sales Rep who knows their way around the trucking industry and isn't afraid to get out there and make things happen.

Location: Elk River, MN

What You'll Do:

• Hit the pavement and build a network of loyal customers-fleet managers, owner-operators, you name it
• Sell heavy-duty truck parts like it's second nature-everything from engine components to custom upgrades
• Drive from shop to shop, meeting with decision-makers, diagnosing their needs, and offering solutions that work
• Meet and exceed sales goals, because you don't stop until you're on top
• Stay on top of inventory, pricing, and market trends to keep ahead of the competition

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in sales-if it's truck parts, you already know the game
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts, systems, and what makes these rigs run smoothly
• The hustle and grind to travel, meet clients, and close deals on the road
• Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in an independent, fast-paced role
• Stellar communication and negotiation skills-you know how to turn prospects into customers
