• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, and other machinery

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate service records and report issues proactively

• Work closely with operators and field supervisors to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime

• Utilize diagnostic tools and service manuals to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Perform field repairs and emergency breakdown service when needed

• Ensure shop and field safety procedures are followed at all times

• Assist with equipment mobilization and setup for new job sites

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or diesel technician

• Proficiency with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in the shop and field

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment maintenance software

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record

• Must pass background check as part of onboarding, in compliance with applicable laws
