This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and deliver strategic impact within a portfolio of agency accounts in the health insurance space. You will act as a trusted partner to agency leaders, identifying opportunities to increase adoption, optimize performance, and strengthen long-term relationships. The position combines consultative account management with data-driven insights to influence revenue outcomes and client success. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams while occasionally traveling to key clients to foster relationships and provide hands-on support. Your work will directly contribute to improving access to affordable health coverage for millions of people. - Own growth targets across a portfolio of agency accounts and develop strategies to expand product adoption and revenue
- Maintain high client retention by delivering measurable value and proactively addressing account risks
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for agency leaders, conducting regular business reviews and offering consultative guidance
- Drive marketplace participation by educating agencies on tools, programs, and best practices to maximize adoption
- Develop and execute tailored account growth plans while balancing a high-volume portfolio with thoughtful prioritization
- Advocate internally for agency needs, sharing market feedback with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align strategy
- Monitor account health, usage trends, and client satisfaction to ensure consistent engagement and loyalty
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or client success, preferably with revenue responsibility
- 3+ years of experience in health insurance agency management or the health insurance industry
- Proven ability to grow revenue in existing accounts using relationship-driven, consultative approaches
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders or agency leadership
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven account planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based business models
- Competitive total cash compensation: $175,000–$220,000 including bonus, plus equity and benefits
- Fully remote US-based role with occasional travel (~25%)
