Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep knowledge of the customer's supply chain.
- Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage.
- Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team.
- Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account.
- Act as the team lead for problem resolution.
- Analyze service issues and trends to determine the root causes and communicate recommendations to the team.
- Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account.
- Work through any border crossing issues that arise.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree in business or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
