This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of people strategy and business performance, where you will guide HR initiatives across a large and dynamic North America region. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will shape organizational design, talent strategy, and employee experience while driving meaningful change across teams. - Serve as the strategic HR partner for North America and corporate functions, aligning people strategies with broader business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality support across the organization
- Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation
- Support change management efforts and business transformation while maintaining strong employee engagement
- Collaborate with global HR counterparts to address cross-regional people challenges and ensure consistency in practices
- Partner with HR Operations and Talent Management teams to execute key HR processes, programs, and policies
- Leverage data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend practical, business-aligned solutions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across North America
- Contribute to broader HR leadership initiatives and projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading HR professionals or Business Partners
- Proven track record as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership in complex organizations
- Strong expertise in employee relations, including handling sensitive and high-impact workplace matters
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, performance management, and change management
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices within North America
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
- High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Experience working in remote or geographically distributed teams
- Work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP
- Experience in global organizations and cross-regional collaboration
- Background supporting both business and corporate functions
- Familiarity with professional services, education, technology, or mission-driven environments
- Experience leveraging HR technologies and AI tools to enhance decision-making and efficiency
