This role offers the opportunity to directly support clinical trials that accelerate patient access to innovative treatments. You will manage participant interactions, ensuring a smooth, positive experience while maintaining accurate data and adherence to protocols. Working closely with clinical operations teams, you will oversee onboarding, follow-ups, and trial logistics, while contributing to process improvements. The position combines attention to detail, organizational skill, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will gain exposure to the full trial lifecycle and help shape experiences for both participants and clinical teams. This is a fixed-term contract with meaningful impact on trial efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Manage participant-facing tasks, ensuring a high-quality experience and accurate data collection within trial platforms
- Conduct onboarding, screening calls, follow-ups, and day-to-day trial coordination, including supporting procedures like MRI scans
- Maintain and update participant trackers and Investigator Site Files (ISF)
- Assist clinical teams and respond to queries from CROs while escalating safety, data integrity, or operational issues as needed
- Report adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) in compliance with protocol requirements
- Collaborate across trial teams to ensure smooth participant experiences and share insights to improve processes
- Keep leadership and team members updated on trial status and participant progress
- Experience in participant recruitment, onboarding, or clinical trial coordination
- Familiarity with tech tools such as Calendly, DocuSign, Medi2data, Dial Pad, Florence, or Sealed Envelope is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking systems and follow-up procedures
- High agency and bias for action, able to adhere to timelines and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and clinical teams
- Passion for improving patient experiences and curiosity about healthcare innovation
- Ability to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- 20 days holiday allowance per annum (pro-rated for contract length)
- $800 monthly contribution to health insurance
