Responsibilities:

• This position is well suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and have experience using tools in prior roles.
• You will assemble and install a variety of boat components, including hull and deck assemblies, working with hardware, bilge systems, deck wiring and hardware, as well as stereo and helm systems.
• Daily responsibilities include assembling and installing components according to specifications, inspecting parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met, performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment, and collaborating with team members to complete installations efficiently.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Proficient in using a range of hand tools, including tape measures, utility knives, screw guns, drills, and ratchets
• At least one year of experience working with electrical components or electrical tools
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet established deadlines
• Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled environments where temperatures may exceed outdoor conditions
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and identify missing, damaged, or defective parts
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Physical ability to climb in and out of boat interiors as required
• Capability to lift to 50 pounds when necessary
