About This Position
Dedicated Reefer Team truck driver - Taylor Farms
Average pay: $1,530-$1,870 weekly
Home time: Weekly
Experience: All CDL holders
Overview- Reefer trailer hauling produce.
- 100% no-touch freight.
- 3-5 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load.
- Team configuration, nighttime driving may be required depending on shift.
- Drive within IL, IN, KY, MI, OH and PA.
- Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Weekly performance pay.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
- $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
- Must be a formed team.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Live within 50 miles of Chicago, IL, Denver, PA, Indianapolis, IN or Obetz, OH.
