What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and generators
  • Manage preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Maintain building infrastructure including resident areas, common spaces, and exterior grounds
  • Ensure compliance with life safety regulations (NFPA, CMS, OSHA, and state requirements)
  • Coordinate safety programs, emergency preparedness, and regulatory inspections
  • Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership, training, and performance management
  • Support Environment of Care (EOC) programs and safety committee initiatives
  • Respond to building emergencies and support after-hours operations as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of building services or facilities management experience required
  • Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or similar environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, life safety regulations, and compliance standards
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to emergencies
