Service Specialist at Taylor Bank – Cape Charles, Virginia

WE ARE SEEKING: A full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers in our Cape Charles, Virginia branch location. You will also be required to float to our Onley, Virginia Branch on a regular basis, as needed.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Processing Customer deposits and withdrawals
• Account maintenance, such as address changes
• Issuing debit cards
• Responding to routine account inquiries
• Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
• Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
• Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Additional tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior banking experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• A professional appearance

• This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance.
