Why This Opportunity Stands OutGreat Strides Rehab, a proud member of the H2 Health family, is seeking passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing outpatient team throughout the Jacksonville area.
We have opportunities across multiple clinic locations, including:
Mandarin, South Point, Bartram Park, Jacksonville Beach, Orange Park, Yulee, Callahan, World Golf Village, St. Augustine, as well as contracted private schools and medically fragile daycares throughout the region.

Our clinicians treat a wide range of pediatric diagnoses and can maintain a general caseload or develop specialty interests in sensory integration, fine motor development, orthopedics, manual therapy, feeding, and more.
What You’ll DoOT Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Create home exercise programs and collaborate with families
- Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
COTA Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality treatment sessions under the supervision of an OT
- Carry out established treatment plans using evidence-based strategies
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
- Support families through home exercise plans and caregiver education
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure strong outcomes
Requirements
- For OTs:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active or eligible Florida OT license
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome
- For COTAs:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active or eligible Florida COTA license
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome
