Pay Range: $114,500.00 — $145,000.00 per year

Job Overview: The Nursing Professional Development Practitioner NPDP is a registered professional nurse who has expertise in nursing professional development, education, and/or a specific area or areas of nursing practice. The NPDP employed in this position will be directly involved in the orientation and onboarding of newly licensed graduate nurses in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry division through an innovative and trademarked program called NOURISH Nursing Orientation Unit for RN Integration Support and Health. They will also support new-hire nurses in the designated areas. Experience for this role includes an in-depth understanding and management of a wide scope of patients, including adult Medical Surgical/ Telemetry patients. This role will support a primary focus no our NOURISH program and in Medical Surgical / Telemetry areas.

Schedule:

• Full-Time Day Shift
• Four Days Per Week
• 10-Hour Days

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (required), MSN or doctorate preferred
• 2 years of experience in nursing specialty of given NPDP role (required)
• Certification in nursing specialty of given NPDP role (recommended)
• NPDPs for certain specialty areas may also have job specific qualifications, when appropriate
