Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, subcontractor timelines, and deliverables.
Track project milestones, material orders, and change orders.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and closeout documents.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and field personnel to ensure alignment on timelines and tasks.
Maintain project files, reports, and records in both digital and physical formats.
Help enforce safety and compliance standards by monitoring documentation and regulatory deadlines.
Support billing, job costing, and administrative duties as needed.
Proactively identify potential project delays or conflicts and escalate appropriately.
Maintain professionalism in all interactionsrepresenting the company values of integrity, detail, and accountability.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, HVAC, or project administration.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); construction software experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with a task-oriented mindset and sharp attention to detail.
No specific licenses or certifications required, but project management coursework is a plus.
