Accountabilities:- Define and lead the roadmap for data products, creating innovative benchmarking and analytics offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver sophisticated, customer-focused analytics solutions.
- Transform large datasets into actionable insights, frameworks, and tools for measuring technical talent.
- Partner with enterprise customers to gather requirements, validate use cases, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Develop business cases for monetization and expansion of data products.
- Provide cross-functional leadership, ensuring integration with existing workflows and alignment with market needs.
- Present complex data insights and product strategies to executive stakeholders effectively.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience with B2B offerings, including launching monetizable products to technical audiences.
- Proven track record in defining, developing, and scaling data or analytics products with measurable business impact.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable, customer-facing products.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, customer empathy, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience engaging senior leaders at large enterprises on talent benchmarking, workforce analytics, or industry standards.
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, and project management skills.
