Position Overview
ISS is seeking a Seasonal Client Success Associate to join its Norman, OK team. A successful candidate will have an ability to develop strong working relationships quickly, communicating effectively with all. Client Success Associates are adaptable, eager and efficient problem solvers. This includes serving as a point of contact, offering support, and guiding clients to receive the highest level of customer service in the industry.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiry and issue resolution process, utilizing Microsoft Outlook, SalesForce.com and other internal tools
- Identify accounts at risk to ensure revenue and client retention
- Assess client reporting needs and coordinate report delivery
- Perform regular Master Account List reviews
- Maintain the email support inbox and phone hotline service, actioning all inquiries and connecting clients to their dedicated client success manager for personalized service
- Identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to sales team to assist in closing new deals
- Achieve target renewal rate through outstanding client service
- Perform frequent testing of new product features
- Other special projects and initiatives for the business, as needed and assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or within 3 months of graduation
- Experience in an account management or client service position, ideally in financial or corporate governance industries
Required skills:
- Proactive attitude, innovative, motivated, client-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skill; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Absolute personal and business integrity
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: This role is fully onsite with five days in-office each week.
- Peak Season: During peak season (late March to late May), but also includes client reporting period through early August.
- Payroll and Benefits: The payroll provider for this position is through a third party, so ISS STOXX benefits are not applicable. Benefits may be available through the third-party provider after an eligibility period; please inquire for more details.
