IT Internships - FCC Students (Summer 2026 Start) at R3 LLC – Frederick, Maryland

If you’re ready to join our mission of setting the standard for IT excellence, we are looking for talented Interns to join our team for our 2026 intern season! This role requires consistent on-site presence at our headquarters in Frederick, Maryland.

We are collecting résumés from FCC students who are interested in future internship opportunities with our Microsoft-based MSP. These internships will start in late February / early March. We will review all submissions and email selected students when the internship process opens.

Requirements

Who We Look For

• FCC students in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related STEM programs
• Curious, self-directed learners interested in real-world technical environments
• Comfortable with or interested in learning Microsoft technologies
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset

Possible Areas You May Learn About

• Basic Microsoft 365 and Azure tasks
• How IT tickets are handled and resolved in a support environment
• Intro to networking concepts and home lab practice
• Light scripting or automation with tools like PowerShell or Python
• Basics of security, compliance, and account access
