Winstar Hotel is looking for dependable and energetic seasonal (May through October) Lifeguards to join our team and help keep our pool area safe, welcoming, and guest-ready. Whether you're already certified or looking to become one, we've got you covered—we offer free lifeguard certification and training!

• Supervising the hotel pool and hot tub areas to ensure guest safety
• Providing friendly, helpful service and creating a positive experience for all guests
• Responding to emergencies using CPR, First Aid, and rescue techniques (training provided)
• Enforcing pool safety rules and hotel policies
• Conducting water quality checks and ensuring cleanliness of the area
• Reporting any safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs to management
• Attending trainings and team meetings
• Assisting with the upkeep of locker rooms and restrooms

• Are a strong swimmer and comfortable in and around the water
• Communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure
• Enjoy working with guests of all ages
• Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Are willing to complete lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification (provided by us at no cost)
• Can lift up to 25 lbs and work in a physically active environment

• Previous lifeguard or hospitality experience
• Basic computer skills
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays
