Cissell Mueller is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee a CNG shop modification project in Leesburg, Virginia. This on-site role is responsible for managing daily construction activities within an active shop environment, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence throughout the duration of the project.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CNG and/or hydrogen fueling facilities, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to represent Cissell Mueller professionally while coordinating with owners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

• Oversee daily on-site operations for a CNG shop modification project

• Manage workflow within an active operational shop environment

• Enforce site safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance standards

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate jobsite risks in support of Site-Specific Safety Programs and JHAs

• Act on behalf of Cissell Mueller in dealings with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors

• Communicate project milestones, progress updates, and issues to clients and project managers

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, sequencing, and jobsite organization

• Maintain strict adherence to the project schedule

• Ensure work complies with construction documents, plans, and specifications

• Proven experience with CNG and/or hydrogen fueling facilities

• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Familiarity with applicable regulatory and construction safety standards

• Experience supporting jobsite safety programs and worker safety initiatives

• OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications preferred

• Experience using Procore is a plus

• Ability to work fully on-site in Loudoun County, VA for the project duration

• $2,500$3,500 per week, based on experience

• Per diem provided

• Contract role with defined project duration
