About The Role:
We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support our finance operations. This role is split evenly between two critical functions: Billing (ensuring our clients are invoiced accurately and on time) and Collections (ensuring payments are received and recorded).
Reporting to the Senior Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our internal data and our financial records. This is a role for a detail-oriented operator who is comfortable following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and is also willing to analyze data variances to solve problems.
Responsibilities Include:

• Billing Operations: Execute the end-to-end billing process by retrieving data from our internal order management system, uploading it into our ERP (NetSuite), and ensuring invoices are successfully sent to clients.
• Collections & Cash Application: Proactively communicate with customers regarding unpaid balances to drive collection efforts. Once payment is received, accurately apply cash against open invoices in NetSuite.
• Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Work closely with the Revenue Engineering team (via Slack) to investigate billing data variances; go the extra step to explain and resolve discrepancies found between systems.
• SOP Adherence: Maintain operational excellence by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures for billing and cash applications.
• Audit & Reporting: Assist with accounts receivable-related accounting journal entries and support audit inquiries as needed.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Experience: Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Order-to-Cash role.
• Technical Skills: Prior experience with NetSuite is highly preferred. Proficiency in Slack is a nice-to-have for internal communication.
• Attention to Detail: You are highly organized and capable of processing large volumes of data without errors.
• Problem Solving: You are willing to investigate "the why" behind data variances and can clearly communicate your findings to technical teams (Growth/Revenue Eng).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for interacting with clients regarding collections.
