Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on a private fleet of late-model, well-equipped trucks and trailers utilizing advanced technology
• Review and process work orders efficiently and accurately
• Complete all required documentation with precision
• Lead and support first-shift Diesel Mechanics
• Potential for advancement into shop leadership for a motivated candidate
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Maintain and repair a private fleet of modern trucks and trailers
• Process work orders and complete required documentation
• Supervise first-shift Diesel Mechanics
• Growth opportunity into shop leadership
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain and repair a private fleet of late-model trucks and trailers equipped with industry-leading technology
• Manage work orders and ensure accurate documentation
• Lead and mentor first-shift Diesel Mechanics
• Opportunity for career growth into shop leadership
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Required Experience:

• Must have own tools; tool lease program available if needed
• Computer based diagnostic skills with OEM interfaces
• Paccar experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Post job offers physical and drug screen required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Steel and Aluminum Welding experience is a plus
• Reefer experience is a plus
