The attraction utilizes flight motion seats engineered to swoop, dip and turn, giving guests a feeling of flight, while a 65-foot spherical screen provides guests with an unparalleled fight across iconic locations and natural landscapes. Special effects, including wind, mist and scents, to create an unforgettable entertainment experience. Flyover attractions are located in Chicago; Las Vegas; Reykjavik, Iceland; and Vancouver, Canada.


About the role

Flyover Attractions is seeking an experienced, strategic and execution focused Project Manager (“PM”) to lead end-to-end planning and implementation of standing up Flyover as an independent standalone operation. This role ensures a seamless transition for teams, systems, workflows, and culture while minimizing operational disruption and acts as a central point of contact for planning and progress across multi-discipline workstreams. Reporting directly to the Director, Construction and Entertainment Technology, the PM will work closely with all members of the Flyover Attractions leadership team and interface collaboratively and effectively with the pervious parent company. The ideal candidate has experience in M&A integration, cross-functional leadership, change management, and navigating complex organizational environments.

This is a fixed term role, Term: 12 months / 1-year fixed term. The wage for this role is $100k/annually CAD and a full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

What you'll do

Integration Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage comprehensive post‑acquisition integration plans, schedules, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams (operations, finance, people, revenue, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment and on‑time delivery.
  • Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and dependencies; create mitigation strategies and escalate issues proactively.
  • Track integration progress and always ensure transparency to the project and progress.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact and integration lead for internal teams and previous-company integration managers.
  • Facilitate communication between department heads and project teams to ensure clarity around goals and responsibilities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates, leadership briefings, and integration dashboards.

Operational & Process Alignment

  • Assess current-state operations of Flyover and identify gaps relative to the new parent company’s processes, standards, and systems.
  • Lead the transition of workflows, SOPs, and tools, ensuring minimal disruption and clear communication.
  • Support strategic decisions related to resource allocation, staffing changes, and functional realignment.

Cultural Integration & Change Management

  • Partner with People & Culture teams to support employee onboarding, training, engagement, and communication throughout the integration process.
  • Identify cultural differences and work with stakeholders to develop strategies that support alignment, retention, and morale.
  • Serve as a champion for transparency, collaboration, and change‑readiness.

Financial & Performance Oversight

  • Ensure integration activities stay within budget and target timelines.
  • Monitor cost efficiencies and synergy realization opportunities

Qualifications

Ideal Education & Experience

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred.
  • 5+years of project management experience, preferably with corporate integrations, or operational transformation.
  • Proven track record leading multi-department, cross functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management principles.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid growth environments.
  • High proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, etc.).

Success Indicators

  • Smooth operational transformation with minimal disruption.
  • On‑time completion of integration deliverables and KPIs.
  • Clear communication and alignment across departments.
  • Integration activities are achieved within budget.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally to visit facilities, and meet with teams and/or business partners
