Physical Therapist at Ashtabula County Medical Center – Ashtabula, Ohio

• Provides direct patient care in Physical Therapy and to perform other related duties to assure smooth, coordinated running of the department within the Acute Hospital and/or Outpatient Rehab Facility.
• Identifies, diagnoses and treats patients with a wide variety of disabilities.
• Certificate or Bachelor s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of nine (9) months clinical experience in the field of Physical Therapy preferred.
• Licensed by the State of Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainer s Board.
