Position: Production Helper
Reports to: Director of Manufacturing Operations
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Operations
Location/Shift: Blue Ash, OH/1st Shift

Position Summary: The Production Helper position assists the Production Team in maintaining Job Bags throughout the production cycle and helps keep the production floor clean and safe. This role also supports other departments as needed by moving products and raw materials to ensure smooth workflow and overall operational efficiency. Opportunity for growth within Production.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage Job Bag life cycle and prepare jobs for outsource vendors.
• Maintain warehouse in neat, clean, orderly condition.
• Collaborate with multiple production departments to support workflow needs in departments directed by manager.
• Act professionally and perform in an efficient manner to ensure an effective use of company time and resources.

Skills/Competencies:

• Aptitude to produce high quality work and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Capability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude.

Experience:

• No experience necessary.

Education:

• High school diploma preferred.
