Window Install Helper at Nevada Window Supply Inc – Fairfield, California

The Installer Helper works closely with an experienced Installer to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the window and door installation trade.

• Assist the Installer with loading, unloading, and carrying windows, doors, and materials to job sites
• Prepare work areas by setting up tools, equipment, and protective materials
• Support installation tasks such as removing old windows/doors, cleaning openings, holding materials in place, and applying sealants (as directed)
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all safety instructions and PPE requirements
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Learn and grow toward becoming a full Installer

• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on ladders
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
