Sun-Thur 5pm to 1:30am (30 minute lunch)
Tue-Sat 5pm to 1:30am (30 minute lunch)

If youāve got a green thumb, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for cannabis cultivation, we want you on our team! As a Cannabis Farm Worker, youāll play a vital role in caring for our plants from veg to harvest, helping ensure top-tier quality from seed to sale.
This isnāt your typical desk jobāexpect fresh air (indoors!), hands-on work, and the satisfaction of helping grow something great every single day.
What Youāll Be DoingGet ready to dive into plant care and facility upkeep with responsibilities like:
āļø Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth
š± Supporting plants through every stage of lifeāfrom veg to bloom to harvest
š§ Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs
š§¼ Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant
š§ Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls
āļø Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep
š§Ŗ Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward
ā Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever needed
Age Requirement:
Must be 21 years or older
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus
If youāre hardworking and eager to learn, weāll teach you the rest!
To succeed in this role, youāll need to:
Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)
Perform repetitive hand movements (trimming, tucking, etc.)
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Occasionally climb, crouch, or crawl
Have full color vision and visual acuity (plants donāt lie!)
Love plants and arenāt afraid to get your hands dirty
Stay focused even with repetitive tasks
Adapt quickly and go with the (nutrient) flow
Work well in a team and communicate clearly
Care about doing things the right way, every time
Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, labeling software)
Strong time management and attention to detail
Ability to follow SOPs and prioritize tasks
Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve
Passion for cannabis and cultivation best practices
Our grow is a controlled indoor environment where youāll be exposed to:
Bright lights and warm, humid conditions
Moderate noise levels
Dust, vapors, or other airborne particles (PPE provided)
Occasional use of ladders or work in tight spaces
Some exposure to cleaning agents or fertilizers
