Lead Concrete Coating Installer at MS Consulting Firm – ORLANDO, Florida

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Lead Concrete Coating Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading a small crew, completing high-quality installations, and ensuring each job is done safely and on time.

• Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, cleaning, crack repair)
• Install epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems
• Apply basecoats, flakes, and topcoats
• Lead a 1–2 person crew on job sites
• Ensure all work meets quality standards
• Complete jobs on schedule

• Drive company truck and transport equipment
• Set up and clean job sites
• Train and support team members
• Communicate with customers in a professional way
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• 2+ years of concrete coating experience preferred
• Experience using concrete grinders and tools
• Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Able to work long, active days

• $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
