Automotive Service Advisor (Service Writer) – Full-Time

Eagle Auto is a full-service automotive repair shop proudly serving Zionsville, IN and surrounding communities. We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer who delivers exceptional customer service, builds lasting relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Help uphold the shop’s reputation for honesty and outstanding workmanship
  

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
• 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role)
• 1+ year of sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell and lead
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
