About the Role: We are seeking exceptional nurses to join our innovative and fast-paced team. As a Clinical Operations Specialist in our Worthington, OH call center, you will support patients, providers, and plan sponsors to meet patient health needs through communication and available resources. You will promote quality and cost-effective outcomes via telephonic medical management.

Responsibilities:

Review patient data using AI tools that suggest care steps.

Communicate with patients by phone to identify discomfort and health needs.

Follow multi-step processes and decision-making flow charts.

Document findings and recommendations clearly and accurately.

Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes.

Experience preparing medical summaries or expert statements.

Comfort discussing medical findings with legal professionals.

Location: San Juan City, Manila, GH Tower Offices at Greenhills Mall

Schedule: Rotating shifts (Manila time):

1:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m.

9:00 p.m. 6:00 a.m.

5:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m.

8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m.

Availability: Must be able to work weekends and night shifts.
