As part of an exciting collaboration with Caracas Bakery—a beloved Miami bakery known for its artisanal breads and viennoiserie—we are launching a high-volume breakfast and lunch program.

This will be a fast-paced, high-energy service environment with a strong focus on quality, hospitality, and efficiency.

The Bakery Attendant is responsible for executing daily bakery service, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and maintaining smooth, efficient operations during peak breakfast and lunch periods.

This role requires speed, organization, and a hospitality-first mindset, especially during high-volume service.

• Set up and maintain the bakery station for breakfast and lunch service
  
  

• Serve pastries, coffee, and light menu items with accuracy and efficiency
  
  

• Provide warm, attentive service to both members and public guests
  
  

• Maintain product knowledge of all bakery offerings and ingredients
  
  

• Ensure proper display, restocking, and visual presentation of baked goods
  
  

• Handle POS transactions and cash responsibly (if applicable)
  
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area at all times
  
  

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams during busy service
  
  

• Uphold Harbour Club’s service standards and brand experience
  
  

• Previous experience in a bakery, café, or high-volume restaurant preferred
  
  

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure
  
  

• Excellent communication and guest service skills
