Maintenance Associate at AIRLINE HYDRAULICS CORPORATION – Bensalem, Pennsylvania

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Associate supports daily facility operations through general maintenance, upkeep, and custodial tasks. This role ensures the facility remains clean, safe, and well-organized, assisting with repairs, setup, and preventative maintenance as needed. The position reports to the Corporate Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs, including painting, assembling/disassembling shelving, and moving furniture or equipment

• Build and install office furniture and assist with facility setup, reconfiguration, and organization

• Support basic preventative maintenance tasks as assigned

• Maintain a clean and safe facility environment, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and other custodial duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other maintenance equipment following safety procedures (training provided)

• Follow work instructions and coordinate tasks with supervisors or team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or GED; high school students 18+ may be considered

• Valid driver’s license required if transporting goods by vehicle

• Willingness to complete onsite training for operating tools, machinery, or equipment, including forklifts

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

• Strong attention to safety and detail in all tasks
